tide + stem is a small-scale, intentional flower farm and creative studio rooted in seasonality, experimentation, and quiet but expressive beauty.

Based on Cape Cod, our farm embraces sustainable, pollinator-friendly practices, with a focus on distinctive, expressive, and always locally-grown blooms.

Our studio sits at the intersection of agriculture, art, and process - growing flowers thoughtfully, exploring composition and color, and documenting the full arc of growth, not just the final bloom.

We grow flowers for beauty and curiosity, with established statement blooms and new varieties grown from our own collected seed.

Our collection changes with the seasons, reflecting both the rhythm of the garden and our ongoing curiosity.

Spring brings unique tulips, Icelandic poppies, foxglove, peonies, and larkspur. As summer unfolds, the gardens give way to dahlias, zinnias, celosia, campanula, and other distinctive varieties selected for floral design.

We don't strive to grow everything. Instead, we cultivate a thoughtful collection of flowers that reflect our aesthetic and thrive in our growing conditions. Alongside trusted favorites, each season includes new varieties grown from our own collected seed, creating varieties only available on our farm.

Flowers themselves are often a reminder to appreciate the present moment. Though fleeting by nature, our stems are harvested at the stage best suited for lasting vase life, then carefully conditioned before they leave our farm.

Timing, hydration, and post-harvest care are as important as what we grow.

Located in Sandwich, Massachusetts, our seasonal flower stand offers freshly gathered bouquets harvested from each week's blooms.

Because availability is shaped by both the season and the weather, we share current offerings, flower stand updates, and what's blooming each week on Instagram. Our hope is to share flowers each weekend throughout the growing season, though Mother Nature occasionally has other plans.

We’re also happy to accept special requests, such as a larger gathering of seasonal blooms or an arrangement for a meaningful occasion, when our harvest allows.
